Cake Flavours

All our cakes are made from scratch using only fresh high quality ingredients, free range eggs and real vanilla beans. For multi tiered cakes you can have a different flavour for each tier. Each of our cakes are approx 4" high with 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of either buttercream or chocolate ganache. They are then covered in a delicious dark chocolate ganache for taste as well as structure, followed by fondant for that professional look. You do have the choice to choose from fondant or Dark chocolate ganache depending on the look you are after.

Fruit Cake
This is a rich traditional fruit cake that is medium in colour, the high quality fruit is soaked in brandy then slowly baked to perfection. We then continue to paint the cake with sherry and brandy once a week for at least a month. Please allow for this when placing your order.This is the only cake we recommend for our Brides and Grooms to keep off the top of their wedding cake to freeze for their anniversary.

Icings and Fillings

Buttercream

Delicious whipped icing that is used as a cake filling, on cupcakes or as a final finish on your cake. This icing can be flavoured using fresh fruit or special flavoured oils.

Chocolate Ganache

A chocolate based icing that is used in mudcake, whipped for cupcakes and used as a final finish on your cake. Created from your choice of chocolate or white chocolate.

Gourmet Cupcakes

Snickers cupcakes - chocolate cupcake with whipped peanut butter buttercream with a slice of snickers on top then drizzled in caramel sauce.
Chocolate Oreo - chocolate cupcake with an oreo cookie inside with whipped vanilla bean buttercream on top.
Mars Bar cupcakes - chocolate cupcake with caramel buttercream and a slice of mars bar on top then drizzled in caramel sauce.
Mud Cake - delicious chocolate mud cake topped with whipped chocolate ganache.
Apple Spice - a lightly spiced vanilla and apple cupcake with cinnamon buttercream.

Cookies
Our delicious vanilla sugar cookies are created using real butter and vanilla beans and then decorated with fondant.

Gluten Free
We offer a gluten free option of Chocolate Mud Cake with Chocolate Ganache.

Novelty Shaped Cakes
Novelty shaped cakes are only created using mud cake, so they hold their shape and have a strong structure.
